Today it became known the Russian authorities have added me to the official list of terrorists.
I don’t what the reason is, most likely it’s because of some public statements I made.
There is no doubt I have never supported and do not support terrorism. But the terrorist regime ruling Russia today arbitrarily hangs the label of ‘terrorism’ on anybody who disagrees with it – and on those who publicly condemn the regime’s crimes.
We shall find out what exactly are the grounds for the criminal case against me, but it’s clear that in real terms this will do little more than satisfy idle curiosity.
Thank goodness I am out of the reach of the Russian authorities. But there is still nothing pleasant in being labelled in this way.
My thanks to all those who have expressed their support for me.
And, of course, no lists or criminal charges will make me either change my opinions or how I express them public, or stop me from doing the work I do.
