A letter from our chair of trustees
These days are particularly and unspeakably hard as the Ukrainian people suffer the devastating and deadly consequences of the Russian regime’s unlawful and destructive invasion of their country. At the same time, within the borders of the Russian Federation, those who oppose the war and seek to protect fundamental human rights face extraordinary repression.
We realise that economically times are difficult for everybody, and perhaps not least for small charities like ourselves. We very much need your support in continuing our efforts to publicise the work of Russia’s human rights defenders, and in general provide accurate and reliable information about the human rights situation in Russia to a global audience.
