We are very pleased to announce that Kirsti Stuvøy has become a member of Rights in Russia's international advisory council. Kirsti Stuvøy is Associate Professor at the Department of international environment and development studies, Noragric, at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). Kirsti is researching and teaching international relations. She has published on security theory, war economy, and Russian politics and civil society development.
