Professor Geoffrey Hosking becomes a member of Rights in Russia's advisory council

We are very pleased to announce that Geoffrey Hosking, 
Emeritus Professor of Russian History at University College London, has become a member of our international advisory council. Geoffrey Hosking is a renowned historian whose many publications include Russia: People and Empire (Harper Collins, 1997), Rulers and Victims: the Russians in the Soviet Union (Harvard University Press, 2006) and Trust: Money, Markets and Society (Calcutta and London: Seagull Books, 2010). He is a member of the British Academy and in 2015 was awarded the OBE for 'services to higher education and students.'  For more information about Professor Hosking, please read here.
